The #1 tip: Before you contact support: Restart your computer. Restarting your computer fixes more things than you might think. Why? Who knows! But it definitely works -- sometimes.


  • Open your Outlook client or log in online. Send e-mail to helpdesk@aasd.wednet.edu and insert Technology or Maintenance in the subject line. 
  • Enter a descriptive summary of your problem in the body of the e-mail. 
    • Use wording that states what the specific problem is and what you are seeing. For example, "Issues logging into e-mail." 
      • Please include the description of the equipment, e.g. Chromebook, desktop pc, webcam, etc.
      • The location of where the equipment is located. 
      • Describe what you are trying to accomplish and what happened instead. 
      • Include the error message in the e-mail if possible.
    • Hit send.
  • Your ticket will then be added to the ticketing system queue.
  • You may receive updates or questions regarding your ticket in an e-mail.
